This class is dedicated to our friends in Japan who recently suffered massive historical earth quake and tsunami, and now danger of nuclear power plant melt down.
Many people in the world also concerned about the situation- some maybe feeling sad and even depressed.
I like to take this opportunity to remove our stress, anxiety, and really energize ourselves and fill ourselves with love- when we are full, then, we have so much to give to others, and send love and energy to Japan.
